1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten

Olive oil for cooking

Burger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and additional toppings of choice

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

    Bind the Mixture: Add the beaten egg to the mixture and combine until it holds together. If the mixture feels too wet, you can add a bit more breadcrumbs to stiffen it up.
