2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 cups fresh peaches, pitted and sliced

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and peaches. Add granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss gently until the fruit is well-coated. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

      In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly and even.

        Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit in the baking dish.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
