3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and seeded

1 cup coconut water, chilled

1 medium ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes (optional for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions
 

Start by preparing your ingredients. Cube the fresh watermelon and slice the banana.

    In a blender, add the cubed watermelon, coconut water, banana, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or agave syrup (if using), and lime juice.

      Blend on high until all the ingredients are smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes. If you want a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.

        Taste the smoothie; if you prefer it sweeter, add more honey/agave syrup and blend briefly.

          Once blended, pour the smoothie into chilled glasses.
