Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sriracha, apple cider vinegar, and grated ginger. Whisk until well combined to create the glaze.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken thighs to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).

Pour the glaze over the chicken in the skillet. Let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes, turning the chicken to coat well and allowing the sauce to thicken.

Once nicely glazed, remove the skillet from heat. Let the glazed chicken rest for a few minutes.

Slice the chicken, drizzle any leftover glaze from the skillet over it, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve warm, ideally with steamed rice or a side of vegetables.
