1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup of sliced pepperoni

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforations.

      On each triangle, sprinkle a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese, a few slices of pepperoni, a dash of oregano, and a pinch of garlic powder.

        Starting from the wider end of the triangle, roll it up towards the tip, tucking in the ends to prevent filling from escaping.

          Place the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet.

            Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish, and drizzle a little olive oil for added flavor.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.

                Remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes.
