Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface, separating it into triangles according to the package instructions.

Create the Filling: In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until combined.

Fill the Croissants: Place a generous tablespoon of the filling at the base of each triangular dough piece. Roll the triangle from the base towards the tip, gently tucking in the filling as you go to secure it inside the roll.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart to allow for expansion.

Brush with Olive Oil: Lightly brush the tops of the croissant rolls with olive oil to enhance browning.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve: Remove from the oven and allow them to slightly cool before serving. Pair these delicious croissant rolls with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
