4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup whole milk, warmed

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

2 tsp cinnamon

For the Filling:

2 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced (about 2 cups)

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1-2 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.

      - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and cinnamon.

        - Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture, then pour into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

          - Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

            Make the Filling:

              - In a medium bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.

                Roll Out the Dough:
