1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons sugar

1 large egg

1 1/4 cups milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers for topping

Additional marshmallows and chocolate for garnish (optional)

Maple syrup for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk until well blended.

      In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

        Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix; a few lumps are okay.

          Fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.

            Lightly grease the waffle iron with non-stick spray or a brush of oil.

              Pour enough batter into the preheated waffle iron to cover the surface evenly (usually about 1/2 to 3/4 cup, depending on your iron).

                Sprinkle some crushed graham crackers on top of the batter before closing the waffle iron. Cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions, typically about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

                  Carefully remove the waffle and repeat the process with the remaining batter.

                    For serving, stack the waffles on a plate and sprinkle with additional crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and chocolate pieces, if desired.

                      Drizzle with warm maple syrup and enjoy your indulgent breakfast delight!
