Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Salmon: In a bowl, combine the hot honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add the salmon pieces and gently coat them in the marinade. Let sit for 15-20 minutes to absorb flavors.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare for Baking: Retrieve the marinated salmon from the bowl, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Arrange the salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake the Salmon: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Once done, remove from the oven. Transfer the salmon bites to a serving platter, drizzle with any remaining hot honey, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty touch.
