Ingredients

1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Marinate the Salmon: In a medium bowl, combine hot honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat all sides. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes while you prepare other ingredients.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.

Bake the Salmon: Once marinated, arrange the salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
