Homemade Big Mac Wraps With Special Sauce

1 lb ground beef

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/2 cup diced onions

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tbsp yellow mustard

2 tbsp sweet relish

1 tsp white vinegar

Instructions
 

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Make the Special Sauce: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet relish, and white vinegar. Stir well until smooth. Adjust seasoning according to your taste.

      Prepare the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of the special sauce evenly across the center of the tortilla.

        Assemble the Wrap: Spoon a portion of the cooked ground beef on top of the special sauce. Add a handful of shredded lettuce, a sprinkle of cheese, a few diced pickles, and onions.
