Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Begin by washing the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes thoroughly under cold water.

Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella balls.

Gently toss the salad ingredients together to mix.

Add the torn basil leaves to the bowl, mixing them in gently to avoid bruising the leaves.

Drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, tossing lightly to combine all flavors.

Let the salad sit for about 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
