1 lb (450g) rotini pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

      Make Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add the butter and let it melt. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

        Add Liquids: Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any bits from the skillet. Bring to a simmer, then add the heavy cream, stirring well to combine.
