2 large chicken breasts, diced

8 oz rotini pasta

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Zest of 1 lemon (for extra flavor)

Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Cook the Rotini: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sear until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
