2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works well)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Olive oil, for brushing

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of the chicken mixture (about 1/4 of the mixture) down the center of the tortilla. Top with a handful of fresh spinach leaves and a tablespoon of diced tomatoes, if using.

        Roll the Wrap: Carefully roll the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go, to create a secure wrap. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

          Brush with Olive Oil: Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
