Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed and creamy.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each wrap.

Top the chicken mixture with a handful of baby spinach or mixed greens.

Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.

In a skillet or grill pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.

Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
