Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Optional: sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined and smooth.

    Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the chicken mixture, stirring until everything is evenly incorporated.

      Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Start by placing a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.

        Top the chicken mixture with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes. If you like a bit of heat, add some sliced jalapeños on top.

          Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top, making sure to secure the fillings inside.

            Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the skillet with a little olive oil or cooking spray.

              Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Carefully flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through and crispy.

                Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
