Ingredients

2 cups bow tie pasta (farfalle)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup bell pepper (any color), diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/3 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

Prepare the Vegetables: While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and black olives.

Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Combine Ingredients: Once the pasta is cool, add it to the bowl with the vegetables. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.

Add Feta: Gently fold in the crumbled feta cheese, making sure not to break it up too much.

Garnish and Serve: Transfer the pasta salad to a serving dish or bowls, garnish with chopped fresh basil, and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
